Successful Cooperation – One of the largest GRC implementations in Poland! Nothing gives us greater joy and motivation than the satisfaction of our clients (partners). Recently, as GRC Advisory, we had the opportunity to carry out one of the largest GRC implementations in Poland for Grupa Azoty.

Key facts about the project:

• 2 companies, 2 approaches combined in one interdisciplinary design team
• 8 Months of conceptual, design and implementation work

Key Assumptions Developed and Implemented:

1. Implementation of SAP GRC Version 12.0 for S/4HANA – Implemented in three environments, based on the new SAP HANA database
2. Implementation of SAP ILM/IRF for the SAP GRC environment – including the first production implementation of data migration to SAP IQ
3. System Launched using the SAP Fiori interface/li>
4. Introduction of 200 new SAP Fiori applications.
5. Dedicated Training Package – Training with materials for system administrators and business users. Effect: Perhaps one of the largest GRC implementations in Poland
