Junior Consultant in the Advisory Services Department

We are a fast-growing team of experts specializing in GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) advisory and audit services. We deliver products and solutions that enable organizations to effectively transform their processes and controls, while making better use of existing resources.
Our core focus includes the implementation of GRC-class solutions (SAP GRC, RSA Archer, smartGRC) and the design and deployment of role and authorization concepts within SAP Security.

Due to our company’s continued growth, we are looking for a Junior Consultant to join our offices in Kraków and Wrocław.

On-site work location to choose from:

· Kraków

· Wrocław

· Remote (3 days per week)

 

Scope of responsibilities for the Junior Consultant position:

· SAP GRC System Configuration – Assisting in setting security and compliance control rules and parameters in SAP applications such as SAP Access Control, SAP Process Control, and SAP Risk Management.

· Risk Monitoring and Analysis – Collaborating with the team to identify potential threats, conduct risk assessments, and recommend appropriate preventive actions.

· User and Role Management – Managing SAP user roles and authorizations, ensuring compliance with security policies and appropriate access to system functions.

· Collaboration with the Project Team – Working alongside other consultants and the project team to ensure consistency and alignment of activities with project requirements.

· Issue Resolution – Identifying and resolving security and access-related issues within SAP systems.

 

Candidate Requirements:

· Education – A university degree in a technical field is required, such as computer science, information systems, IT security, or related disciplines.

· Graduate of Bachelor’s/Master’s studies or a final-year Master’s student (full-time availability required)

· Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills – The candidate should be able to analyze situations, identify security and compliance-related issues, and propose appropriate solutions.

· Communication Skills – Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. As the consultant will collaborate with the project team and clients, the ability to convey information clearly and effectively is essential.

· Attention to Detail – The candidate should be meticulous and ensure accuracy in their work, especially in areas related to security and access management.

· Willingness to Learn and Grow – The SAP and GRC fields are constantly evolving, so it is important to be open to learning and continuously developing your skills.

· Experience – Although this is an entry-level position, prior experience with SAP systems or in the field of IT security will be considered an asset.

 

Additional Assets:

· Previous professional experience, internships, or student placements

· Familiarity or experience with ERP/SAP systems
